It was so much fun getting back into the recording studio and putting this together for you.
All my years working in radio came flooding back to me. It was a joy to put on the headphones and speak into a microphone and talk about my life's work--engaging public speaking--instead of reading grim news or trying to convince you to buy a new car.
There are so many ways that our nervousness, insecurity, and discomfort manifest themselves when we have to make a speech or deliver a presentation. If you read the chapter headings you may see yourself reflected. Each chapter is short, explains a problem, and offers a solution.
I hope you find the book helpful.
And please remember, public speaking is a learned skill. You can improve, you can relax, you can connect and shine.
Thank you Mary Catherine Jones at Voice Over Vermont Recording Studio in Shelburne, Vermont for producing this audiobook.
